• The Routine: After rinsing out the scalp oil, apply the shampoo to wet hair. Use a detangling brush or a wide-tooth comb to gently work the product through, creating a soft lather from root to tip. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary for a deeper clean.

Our Satisfaction Promise

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unopened & Unused Products

You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened or Used Products

Due to the personal nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have had their safety seals broken, unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

Please email us at sales@ebonyandavery.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the damaged or incorrect item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

• Please email us at sales@ebonyandavery.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number.
• Briefly explain the reason for your return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed with care within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate. Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days after processing.
• Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (primarily USPS and UPS) and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. ebony & avery is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, ebony & avery is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check with your neighbors or building manager.
• Contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) directly to file a claim.
